Hubs Network · Update 3#
Seasonal reflections and new beginnings
Dear friends,
As we approach the end of the year, we’re filled with gratitude for all the connections, collaborations, and experiments that have taken shape in the past months. In this edition, we share some new steps we’re taking as a network, spotlight a hub that’s been foundational in our journey, and celebrate the energy that’s still unfolding before the year wraps up.
What We’ve Been Up To
Residency Program in Motion
Our last community call focused on residencies — a powerful format for cross-hub collaboration and shared learning. You can find the recap here. We’re actively designing our first official residency in partnership with Akasha Hub and Giveth House. The first two residents will arrive in the last week of January for a two-week exploration on: What makes a residency effective? Their focus will be on mapping key needs, prototyping the experience, and helping us build a transferable framework for cross-hub mobility in 2026.
If you’re in Barcelona during that time and would like to offer a talk, workshop, or informal gathering, or if you want to get involved in any way — reach out!
Plural Event Recap
The December 2 Plural Event was a total blast — with gatherings in 4 cities, engaging conversations, and strong civic energy. Thanks to all who joined and helped make it happen. We’ll be running a community poll soon to choose the next topic, and are actively planning the next round of events. → Subscribe to our calendar to stay in the loop.

We’ve launched a simple merch shop with Hubs Network T-shirts — a great end-of-year gift for friends, collaborators, or just yourself. Because even networks like to be cozy. Link to the shop here.
Hub in Focus: Giveth House
Located in Barcelona, Giveth House is a beautiful blend of home, office, and community space. Since 2017, it has offered the wider Giveth and Web3 community a physical place to gather, co-work, host events, and recharge.
From hackathons and strategy retreats to informal dinners and workshops, Giveth House is an open invitation to meet peers, share ideas, and build together. It embodies the belief that physical spaces still matter — especially when designed to support long-term collaboration.
